Knit for Woolly Hat Day

St Mungo’s charity works in London and the South of England to help prevent people sleeping rough by providing accommodation and support to those who find themselves living on the street. We have over 100 campaigns running at the moment and with your help we hope to keep increasing this number. Every year we host a fundraising day called ‘Woolly Hat Day’ on November the 4^th and this year we want it to be bigger than ever. This is where your knitting skills come in! by knitting the wackiest woolly hat you can imagine you can ask people to sponsor you to wear it for the day on Friday November the 4^th. With another cold winter on the horizon we need all the help we can get to ensure that we can give as many people as possible a safe, warm and dry place to live whilst offering them the support they need to ensure they never again have to face the prospect of a winter living on the streets.
